Akarana Golf Club is only 15 minutes from downtown Auckland. It is most likely the busiest golf course in the region. Located in Mount Roskill the club was incorporated in 1927. A parkland course which although not long provides an interesting challenge.
Immaculate presentation and a friendly golf course for all levels of player. The course is played as part of the Charles Tour, acknowledging it’s quality.
The continual upgrading of the course makes it a quality playable course all year round. The front 9 is short with a couple of tricky par 3’s to test your love of water. The back 9 is longer and tougher so score well early and hold on til the 18th where you will be rewarded with great finishing hole up to the clubhouse. Inside the club house you will find welcoming staff and great food ( and beverage)
