Gore Golf Club

A treelined parkland test in Eastern Southland, home to Croydon Links since 1931.

Gore Golf Club is 3 km from the main town centre. The course is a flat 18 holes and claims to be one of the finest in the region. Treelined parkland course with well-presented undulating greens.

The club has a long history, established in 1903. The current course has been home to the course since 1931, called Croyden Links by those in the know.

Fourteen of Gore’s eighteen hole signs made it into the archive – named for the land they cross (Whisky Creek, The Gully, Diamond Peak), an old fishing spot (Fishers), and the site of the old clubhouse.
