Te Anau Golf Club
Eighteen holes on the shore of Lake Te Anau, with the Fiordland mountains rising straight out of the water on every one of them.
Located on the banks of Lake Te Anau and surrounded by the Fiordland National Park. This golf course is picture-perfect from each of the 18 holes on the course.
It would be definitely on anyone’s list of most picturesque places to play golf. Te Anau is a small town that is the gateway to Fiordland and some of New Zealand’s most impressive natural wonders. Te Anau is one of those wonders and the golf course fits the occasion just fine.
A testing par 72 over 5870 metres will keep you focused on the golf when your mind wants to wander to the lake and mountain views all around you.

Club History
Just two photos, but between them they tell you what you need to know: the club’s own roadside welcome sign, and the one hole marker that made it into this set — proof the course names its holes as well as numbering them.
