Waitomo Golf Club

Waitomo District is the home of and an extensive cave network. Tourists flock to the underground attraction in their droves. The highlight of the area is, in my opinion, the golf course.

Wai is water and Tomo is a sinkhole. Named after the caves or maybe the action on the greens of Waitomo Golf Club. Established in 1912 this parkland course is a great example of New Zealand rural golf.

A wonderful location with many trees and a rural outlook. Waitomo is a friendly place to play. Located 5 minutes from Otorohanga and only 10km from Waitomo Caves in the heart of King Country.
