Huntly Township is home to New Zealand’s largest power station. An area of New Zealand abundant in coal stocks.
The golf course is a flat affair 8kms north of the town. 18 holes with an affordable green fee. The back nine has a few interesting holes and the clubhouse is friendly.
Established in 1925 the history of golf at Huntly is one of a local community carving this golf course out of swamp, trees, scrub and the like.
