Renner Park Golf Course was opened in 2003, it is the newest 9-hole public golf course in the West, about 15 minutes drive from Mount Maunganui.
Set in the rolling green hills of Oropi, it is a good course for beginners, but seasoned golfers will enjoy the challenge. A pleasant place to play with a bit of water, a smattering of trees and the odd dog-leg to keep you on your toes.
