Ngawi fishing village is very remote in Cape Palliser, one hour from Martinborough, but well worth finding.
Ngawi Golf “Hitaround” Course is nine holes of rugged coastal golf for a small fee – this is the southernmost course on North Island.
The first hole is called “Disaster,” the greens are fenced, there is limited grass and I am unsure who the green keeper is. The important thing know, is that this place is magical on the edge of the ocean.
