Thames Golf Club was formed in 1910, the club set up in the local racecourse like so many other clubs. They purchased the land at the current location in 1938. – Situated on SH26 about 6kms from Thames.
The attractive 18-hole course appears flat and easy walking, there are hidden hills and great features awaiting behind the flat tree-lined fairways. A short affair at just over 5,000 metres.
