One of the oldest golf clubs in New Zealand that is still located on its original site, nestled in the Narrow Neck Beach suburb on the North Shore. Waitemata Golf Club was founded in 1905. An 18 hole golf course of flat contour, which allows for easy walking in beautiful green parkland surroundings with well established trees, shrubs and water features.
The course was originally nine holes within the perimeter of a horse racing track. Now it is surrounded by upmarket housing and it a well loved and supported course.
